Our client are an unique law enforcement organisation which both investigates and prosecute the most serious economic crime. They are looking to recruit a Senior Facilities & Commercial Manager to start ASAP, duration 6 months, pay £16.03ph.

In this role the candidate will play a key part in delivering Facilities Management and Accommodation services to the organisation. You will assist with the implementation of Facilities Management (FM) and providing safe, sustainable efficient and effective accommodation and services that are fit for purpose. You will hold responsibility of carryout of the day to day requirements and tasks of accommodation projects, Contract Management of day to day performance of FM suppliers and reporting performance issues to Head of Commercial. Assist with supplier performance reviews and help to manage customer's expectations.

Principal responsibilities:

* Raising and processing PO's, invoices
* Updating and processing FM helpdesk task and jobs logged
* Dealing with switchboard/incoming calls and public enquiries
* Updating FM information on the intranet
* Updating first aid and fire marshal posters/details
* H&s knowledge would be ideal, also if they have DSE experience
* Dealing with general helpdesk enquiries
* Assist with managing 2x Facilities administrators

Team Background:

You will assist with managing a small FM team on day to day FM issue to support the operational teams providing a range of helpdesk services to the organisation, identifying compliance issues and seeking guidance on ways to improve value for money.
