WOW FACTOR: An OUTSTANDING new role has just come through for a fantastic company in Westminster. Our client is looking for a Corporate Receptionist.



JOB ROLE: Corporate Receptionist



JOB TYPE: Temp to Perm



HOURS: 8:30am - 05:30pm



SALARY: £30,000 - £35,000*Depending on experience



LOCATION: Westminster



DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



* Answering calls to the switchboard in a swift and efficient manner and directing to the appropriate member of staff
* Welcoming clients and guests to the office in a polite and professional manner.
* Manage and control the stationary stocks
* Open, frank and distribute both incoming and outgoing mail, including couriers
* Dealing with all incoming telephone calls and queries promptly and in a responsive and courteous manner
* Redirecting calls to the appropriate member of staff or department as necessary
* Meeting and greeting visitors and clients at all levels of seniority, offering drinks etc.
* Booking and maintaining meeting rooms
* Arranging refreshments and catering for meetings, presentations and training
* Organising and recording all courier and cab bookings
* Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail
* Keeping the reception and kitchen areas tidy and welcoming
* Managing the Reception email box



SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



* Excellent communication skills
* Competent in Microsoft Office
* Highly organised
* Motivated with the ability to organise own workload
* Professional telephone manner
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Flexible and adaptable, comfortable with juggling a range of tasks
* Ability to work to deadlines and targets and remain calm under pressure
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail
* Willing to take on additional tasks as required and learn new skills
* The ability to be discreet and maintain high levels of confidentiality
* Good knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook and Excel
* Good timekeeping and excellent attendance and health records
