WOW FACTOR: An OUTSTANDING new role has just come through for a fantastic company in Victoria!! Our client is looking for a part time, French speaking team assistant.

JOB ROLE: Part time, French speaking team assistant

JOB TYPE: Permanent

HOURS: 10am-2pm, 2pm-7pm - Flexible

SALARY: £14, 285 on 20 hours per week

LOCATION: Victoria


* First point of contact for answering phones and greeting visitors
* Liaising with the Accountants Department for invoice processing
* Organising files from computers to cloud
* Entering information about products/clients/suppliers on new accounting software Xero
* Helping on quotes for client presentations
* Keeping track and updating Sales and Logistics
* Monitoring the organisation's generic email accounts
* Keeping everything running smoothly
* Booking and organising meetings


* Fluent in French
* Good literacy, numeracy, IT skills and attention to detail
* Confident using Microsoft Excel and various database software
* Methodical and thorough approach to work
* Highly organised and able to show initiative
* Good at juggling tasks and prioritising
* Able to stay calm under pressure
* Articulate and accurate
* Attention to detail
* Deliver a first class customer service
* A great team player
