We are looking for an HR Business Partner based in the London office to join our niche Professional Services Consultancy. Our strong corporate values create a thriving environment where our people excel. This is a newly created full time role that requires a dynamic, proactive and personable individual to join the Talent Development team to contribute to and support the delivery and implementation of all people related activities.
Essential Skills
*A positive people person that can instinctively build rapport
*Excellent planning, delivery and organisational skills with an innovative and agile approach
*Willing to travel for work purposes within the UK
*Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
*Previous experience in an Employee Engagement, General HR Business Partner or Learning and Development role in a corporate or consulting environment
*Strong multi-tasking abilities, interpersonal and communication skills
*Ability to establish trusted advisor relationships
*Strong stakeholder management skills
*Experience of assistance with the conception, design and delivery of Talent projects

Description
*Work with regional managers to help them assess their teams skills, design effective Professional Development Plans, goals and objectives to help our consultants achieve their full potential
*Work with the business to develop bespoke training plans for Consultants
*Assist with all general learning and development activities including identification, implementation, administration and delivery
*Provide advice, ideas and guidance in all aspects relating to employees' professional development as required
*Assist with the development and delivery of programmes and initiatives relating to employee engagement, retention, recruitment, rewards and recognition and process improvement
*Assist with recruitment and integration
*Assist the regional teams with co-ordination, running and attendance of regular social events
*Assist with the planning and running of bi annual Assessment and Promotion process
*Regular visits to client sites and other regional offices to ensure ongoing employee engagement and assistance
*Other ad hoc duties as required
