**A rare opportunity for a strong Administrator (PA experience would be advantageous) who is available for an immediate start to work within a Luxury Beauty Brand**

JOB ROLE: Events/ Brand Coordinator

JOB TYPE: Temporary

COMPANY: Luxury Cosmetic

HOURS: 09.00am- 17.30pm

SALARY: £14.00 - £15.00PH

LOCATION: West End, London


* To support the stores and Brand Partners in planning and coordinating their monthly in-store support onto a master rota.
* Updating the Brand Rota on a daily basis whilst planning for the months ahead.
* Acting as a liaison between brands and retail teams on updates and changes such as rota amends, sickness and travel issues.
* Communicating the Daily Changes sheet to stores at the end of each day.
* Maintaining an open and strong business relationship with all Store Managers, Regional Managers and Brand Partners.
* Coordinating brand training for head office teams.
* Liaising & coordinating with key Store Managers on Brand Specialist interviews and store approvals.
* Planning the calendar for four Beauty Treatment Rooms and supporting the promotion of Beauty Rooms to local markets.
* Requesting and coordinating deluxe sample & product for all events and new store openings
* Collating sales from Beauty Treatment Rooms and all brand events.


* A high level of organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
* Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
* A positive, proactive approach to the role with the ability to create solutions and resolve issues quickly
* Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
* Strong administration skills, including, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & Word.
* To act as a brand guardian with an active interest and passion for Beauty.
* An understanding of luxury brands & retail
* Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders, stores and Brand Partners
* Experience of working in a fast paced retail environment
* Willing to adapt and take on new challenges
* Self-motivated, energetic and dynamic individual
* Ability to work independently as well as within a team
