The Contractor and Operations Support Administrator will work within the Operations team and be a key support person for the Sales Divisions across the ITHR Group brands. The key aspects of this role are to Administrate and manage processes relating to the Onboarding and Deployment of resources that have been placed across our national and international portfolio of Clients.

As this is a Junior position, this the role will also involve Reception and general Office Administration duties and a key aspect is effective collaboration with multiple teams involved across a number of processes to ensure results are delivered for the ITHR Group Contractors and the Sales teams that have placed them through to Client delivery.



Contractor and Operations Support Administrator duties are to include:

* Contractor Onboarding and Deployment (national and international)
* Contractor Care and Support throughout the Recruitment process post placement
* Query resolution inbound and proactive
* First point of communication to the Contractors for all Administration and Compliance matters
* Sales Support administration
* Processing Timesheets and expenses
* Generating Contracts and use of the CRM system
* Setting up Contractor profiles on InTime and Sage
* Supporting the Sales team with reporting and Management Information
* Coordination of recruitment processes from the ITHR perspective
* Interfacing with Candidates/Clients and Sales Teams and administrating all systems
* Managing process and date across multi team environments
* Producing and updating multiple reports and Systems

Key requirements for the Contractor and Operations Support Administrator role are:

* Previous office administration and reception experience
* Proactive approach to delivering results across multiple teams
* Problem solving skills
* Collaborative approach, working in conjunction with different teams and their functions
* Process management
* Details orientated mind-set
* Wide knowledge of Excel and Word experience of working within a people business
* Excellent customer service capability and a high degree of diligence
